How to customize the plugin buttons

Good evening,
I used your CK Pro Cookies module and I must say that it works very well...
The current version of the site, created at the time, is Joomla 3.10.12.
Before posting my question, I searched the forum to see if a request to this effect had been made, but I didn't find it... at least I think so!
Not very expert, I would like to customize the wording of the "Decline all" button to "Reject all". How can I do it?
If it is not possible to do so from your Cookies CK Pro plugin ver. 3.6.2 and I have to intervene on the code, can you tell me how to activate the code and how to do it with an example?

you can change any word in my extensions by using the language override (for english language)

just go in the en-gb .ini file and search for the word you want to change, to find the string to use, example

COOKIESCK_DECLINE_ALL="Decline all"
