Is cookies CK already (fully) compatible with jooma5.x.x ?

I was wondering.... Is cookies CK already (fully) compatible with jooma5.x.x ?
I see J5(B/C) at the compatibility logos, But what does de B/C mean?

And if compatibility with Joomla 5 is allready in place; How to upgrade?

the current version is already compatible with Joomla 5 with the B/C plugin
the update for J5 native is coming but this needs some work for all my extensions

PS :the B/C is "back compatible" , this means that the compatibility plugin needs to be activated (J5 option)
