Salut CEd et merci en avance pour ton aide.
Depuis quelques jours, je crois après la mis à jours de Joomla le bouton des cookies en bas à gauche (celui que ouvre le menu des cookies pour changer  les paramètres dejà choisi) est blanc.

désactive JCH et vide le cache, que je puisse voir, car là tout est compressé

et chez moi l'icone du bouton apparait maintenant :)
il faut penser à vider les caches régulièrement, surtout après des mises à jour
