Site crashed (based on Joomla 3) after installing Cookies CK was created by aspescl

Hi, my site has just crashed after installing Cookies CK. Both, web and administration panel are down without access. I have ftp access. Can I fix from ftp files? Thanks

Hi
you can remove (or rename) the folder
/plugins\system\cookiesck

it will disable the plugin
I think that your Joomla version is not up to date, this can be the cause
