Using Cookies CK after J4 upgrading

Hi. I've upgraded my website to Joomla 4.
Before doing that, I had disabled J3 Cookies Ck Component and Plugin.

After upgrading, I've downloaded J4 Cookies CK from your site, and updated it on my J4 website.
After that, I've the situation you can see in attachment, if I check Extensions I have installed. Cookies CK seems to work normally, with the same setting I had done in my J3 site version.

Do I have to enable the component, too?

Or I have to unistall it, because the plugin is enough?
