Accept all by default

Dear all,
clicking on "Customize" button, the popup window is opened with "Decline All" coocke pre-selected.
Is it possible to change this default?
I would like to have all cookies accepted by default when "Customize" window is opened. In case, the user decline the cookies himselft.
How is it possible?

you can not "force" the users to allow the cookies, but there is an option that you can use to do that (under your own responsibility)
