Registre des préférences de cookies

I deepened the discussion with several lawyers.
The law says that it is necessary to register preferences through a technical cookie - what the banner already does.
It would not be mandatory to have a register.
But, at the same time we must have a easy tool to retrieve all the useful data to demonstrate that a particular IP address has given consent to profiling cookies for 12 month. A script that deletes the oldest records would be nice.
So I think option 1 - would be more than enough. At least for the moment, it would be necessary to register: IP, Date, Accepted category of cookies.
