Spelling of "Preferences" was created by Carlosrey

In the language file en-GB.plg_system_cookiesck.ini the constant COOKIESCK_USER_INTERFACE="Cookies user prefences" has an incorrect spelling of preferences. A language override fixes this but it would be good to have this updated when convenient.
