JavaScript error after light version update: Uncaught TypeError

Try to reproduce issue:

1. Go to lisboa.cards/de
2. clear browser cache and cookies
3. refresh page lisboa.cards/de
4. allow all cookies in cookie bar
5. change to english language
6. open cookie settings by clicking on the icon bottom left corner
7. decline all cookies and save
8. change to geman language
9. try to open cookie settings by clicking on the icon bottom left corner

ok so as I mentioned, this is a problem related to the language
I will need some time to reproduce it by my side, and see how to fix

are you sure that this problem only occurs since the new version 3.2.0 ? was it working with 3.1.3 ?

No, I'm not sure if it is really related to the new version 3.2.0. Tomorrow I try to restore a recently made backup and then I will test the issue with version 3.1.3.

Language Key is "ESSENTIAL"

Category name is also "ESSENTIAL" with big letters. Isn't this what you explained to me in the beginning of the thread?
