J4 Issue

I've just installed cookies CK on my current J4 site and the plugin seems inoperative.

The code is rendered in the html, but does not seem complete. And there are no conflicts in console.

The cookie bar is not displayed on the frontend. I have tried chrome & firefox and cleared browsing history several times.

In admin the settings screens are complete, but the cookie scan process, finds no cookies at all. Yet there are 2 required and 1 unnecessary cookies being used.

I downloaded version cookiesck-light_3.1.3 from your website and it's running on J4.0.6 php7.4

Have you come across this problem before?

if there is no cookie setup in the options, then there is no bar in front because not needed. This is the normal behavior
if the scanner don't find the cookies, you can add them manually
