After installation I don't see a translation (Dutch)

I saw in the documentation a link to the Transifex website where the available translations are listed.
I see cooking Dutch listed there.
I expected that the available translations would also be installed automatically when Cookie CK is installed.
Is that right?
Or do I have to download the translation manually somewhere and add it to /administrator/languages/ for example using FTP?

or you can do that also into the interface of Extensions Manager CK

While searching the website I did not find that information.
I think it would be helpful to include these tips in the Cookie CK translation documentation as well.

I just updated the translation to 100% on Transifex.
But on the downloads page of joomlack.fr this is not yet updated. How long will it take before it is 100% there too?
