I did all the translation in the previous version _2.1.6 by adding a new ini file. as a new language. Now there are new options, and it needs to be further translated, I think.

I think that I understand
there is a difference between the "bar" that was styled in the V2 and that is still used at the beginning before the user set the preferences
and the "popup" which is now a new feature with a default styling.

I will add more styling options in the next versions for that, but my priority was to release a version that works and that is in respect of the law
