Hello,
I installed the cookie plugin on joomla 3.9. updated. It turns out that the information to accept or not cookies remains on all pages, even accepting when accessing the site, messages continue to appear.
What can be done to resolve this?

may be because you have also another e-privacy plugin ? if you have another plugin that blocks the cookie used for Cookies CK, the consent value can not be stored
