Cookie - logo and Link remains after accepting

Cookie - logo and Link remains after accepting was created by david.unwin

We set the lifetime in Cookies CK to 365 days.
However, after accepting the cookies CK logon and link remain on the page (see screen shots)
go to dev.cirenopenair.org.uk to see it
Is this how Cookies CK is designed or have a I set a parameter incorrectly?

by my side after accepting the cookie, the message disappear and only the cookies logo in the bottom left corner stays. This is needed to allow the users to update their choice
