errors with joomla 3.9.0

Hi, i'm getting these errors when CK Cookies v2.02 is enabled on joomla 3.9.0, when disabled no errors.

Array to string conversion

and this causes also a Requested page not found

I have just checked by my side, it works. Please check the error log on your server so that you can get a more detailed message, because actually I can not check what is wrong here

i checked all logs, but i can't find any error.
I did postupdate.php as mentioned on the joomla forums, so things are being cleaned up if something goes wrong.
But did not help. As soon as the plugin is turned off, the site works.
If plugin is ON it can't find any page. The CK menu is not visible and only getting the error about Array as stated in the first post.

I have another issue to but have to do that on the Joomla forum, can't reach backend unless i change the cookiepath everytime in configuration.php. Maybe it is related, i don't know.

strange issue. let me know if you have some news about that
by my side I don't see what could be wrong ... if you don't find any solution in few days, you can come back to me with a FTP access so that I can check in the plugin code
