J'ai le même problème et j'ai mis dans le css le code suivant sans succès. Il y aurait-il une autre solution?

tu as quelle version du plugin Cookies CK ? je vois un souci dans le code, il manque un bout. Par contre j'ai le bandeau qui s'affiche, mais vide
Essaie de réinstaller le plugin système, et regarde si ça marche
