Sorry but I'm not an expert in joomla.
I tried with success to install and activate your cookie plug in. My compliments with my web site is the only that works fine without problem (maybe).
No problem if I don't specify an id for more link.
If I specify the number of the id article the system give me this error :

For your problem, are you using Joomla! 3 ?

this is the problem, the plugin is only compatible joomla!3
the article association does not exists into joomla!2.5, so you have the choice :
1/ don't use the article id option
or
2/ remove the PHP code in the plugin that is related to the article association
