transparent background

are you loading the caption from an article ? this can be the cause, in some case this can render a bad html code because of the truncate method.
what you can do is to increase the number of words in the module options and add a readmore in the article to make the separation. Then only the text to the readmore will be taken without truncating

I am having the same issue. I want a transparent background but the background is white. I tried creating a new module and disabling the module with my pictures and I get the same thing.
