Limit on number of slides?

I have an installation of Carousel CK & the params plugin. All is working wonderfully except that it will not recognize any additional slides past slides 0-4. I would like to show 6 or more slides. Is this a limit of the extension, or is there something that I must set. If I reorder the slides, it is always the last slide (#5) that is not displayed in the rotation.

this can be a limiation due to your server, limiting the amount of data passed in a POST variable. You should be able to put more than 5 images

can you try on another server ? (local for example)

I've modified my php.ini file to increase the post_max_size to 384M with no change on the number of articles displayed. Is there any other php.ini setting that should be addressed?

As soon as time permits, I will do a local install of Joomla and try it locally.

you can also try to set the SQL field type from "text" to "longtext" in your database for the module params.
but I don't think that the database is the problem here if you tell that you can only use 4-5 slides
