Full width setting Banner position Cassiopeia template

Installed Carousel free but does not display full width. I suspected the template was the issue. I then made custom module in Banner position using same image set to background image in Options, Advanced I set Layout to "banner". The image displayed full width. I am wanting to do as much as possible before I purchase full verison of Carousel. Please advise where to fix and make carouisel display full width please. Thnakyou Cedric.  Home (sg-host.com)

I have made visible both Carousel CK and directly underneath the custom module with same pic as background [showing full width in same position. I can give you admin access, how do I do this discreetly?

ok there is a misunderstanding about what you need here
the carousel (see my demo) has a big image at the center and other images on the sides. It can not fill the area as your image
if you want this, you shall use Slideshow CK
