Level 1 menù only was created by Vale

Hello, I need to use a menù with many level, but I want to represent with kwickmenu only level 1 voices. How can I do this?

For example a menù with:
Africa -> state 1, state 2, state 3, ecc
America -> state A, State B, ecc.
Asia -> .....

I want to use only Africa, America and Asia. Is it possible?
