position / offset not working with FF30.0

tested your text, it works
now yes if you have a small screen you may be not see the whole tooltip, you have to scroll.This is not really a problem as on small screens you are on touch devices and then the tooltip close only when you touch it again. You have then the ability to read it

can you please test again with j3.3.3 (ie11 or ff31)?
on fresch install more than 1000px get added at the bottom after first hover,
if using long text...

yes, it works, if you scroll.
just the user experience might improve,
if for example on a 460px-width-device a 440px-width-tooltip would not add width to responsive design,
but dynamically adjust position to the given width, so that the user just don't have to scroll...
maybe new feature for a future version?
