Tooltip GC problem in Joomla 3.0

Using your default test string:
{tooltip}Declencheur{end-texte}un petit garcon bien sympathique{end-tooltip}

Not getting anything on hover, Tooltip GC plugin is enabled

example: urbanspoke.com/index.php/test

still no luck, time load is too long, the page does not load

I really like this utility, however, I am having a similar situation in Joomla 3.1. Here is what I have been able to determine with some troubleshooting. The tooltip GC only works on Uncategorized, single articles that are accessed from the Main Menu. It will not display the hover picture/text if the article is a blog post (category: Blog) or articles in any other created category.

I also have a separate URL-Menu, for single articles that I want to access without a menu and the tooltip GC is not working in those either.

Is there anything that can be done to resolve this?
My site is currently under construction and is not yet online.

it should work on any pages. This seems like a JS conflict, look in the console of your browser
