Typography problem : JoomlaCK 5.2 was created by tefchi

Hi every body
Sorry if my posting is not in the adequate place.
I am spending hours trying to find-out how to display icons in front of formating styles in dropdown style list of JoomlaCK 5.2 (under Joomla 2.5). See following snapshot.

Attachment jck.jpg not found

In one previous installation, I got the icons displayed with each style. But they suddenly disappeared. Not practical for editing documents.
Some help will be very appreciated.
