Page jigs to the left when using with Chrome

Page jigs to the left when using with Chrome was created by Qualicom

There is no issue with Firefox or IE, but when I mouse over a tooltip in Google Chrome (V19.0), the entire page jigs to the left a few pixels and then back again. Any ideas what might be causing this?
