Not appearing to work

I have been using Slideshow CK for some time now and have installed it on a new site I manage.  I noticed that Mediabox CK was not installed, and assumed that is why the Lightbox option does not appear to work. I have now installed Mediabox separately but it still does not appear to work. What am I doing wrong?

Please give me the url of the page where I can see the problem and check in the slideshow options that you have enabled "link options >> open in a lightbox"

ok, please clear your browser cache because when I click on the slideshow, it opens the lightbox with Mediabox CK by my side

Many thanks for your help and speedy replies.  After all these years working with Joomla I ought to remember the cache by now.  That was the answer.
