I can see all three images that I have posted in the posts :)I repeat I deleted the green block with these different modules (logos, menus etc) inside which is when a new blank template is created . I think I broke something with this procedure

ok I see, the problem is not what I thought
you must go in your menu module >> advanced >> layout >> set it to be "default" and not collapsible

How do you know all this? :). Of course you are right in the module was "Collabsible".
