yes, you are right, the problem appears with the latest version of Mediabox CK, but it has to be fixed into Image Effect CK

please go in the file
\media\plg_system_imageeffectck\css\imageeffectck.css

I made the change in "imageeffectck.css" , now it works perfectly.
