The "Maximenu CK" is at top level!?

I have a website with a "EU Cookie Law". But the MaximenuCK is at the highest level (ie above it).

See Pictures! The MobilMenu is correct!

What needs to be changed?

for me the problem is not the menu but the cookie banner that needs to be higher

anyway if you want to put the menu under, you can edit the file
modules/mod_maximenuck/themes/default/css/maximenuck.php?monid=maximenuck505
line 16 and decrease the z-index on
div#maximenuck505 ul.maximenuck
