Horizontal menu with horizontal submenu underneath

Can anyone tell me how to create a horizontal menu which opens a horizontal sub-menu underneath when a menu item is clicked?

For example:

Menu Item 1 | Menu Item 2 | Menu Item 3
Submenu Item 2a | Submenu Item 2b | Submenu Item 2c | Submenu Item 2d

In the above example, Menu Item 2 is currently selected, and Submenu Item 2c is also currently selected.

yes you can do that, just create a column for each submenu item (if you don't want to play with CSS)

Ah thank you. Yes! I got it. I clicked on "Make A Column" in each of the sub-items in the Menu Manager.
