Submenu Spacing

Hello,
I would like to change the spacing on the submenu to move the menu items closer together. I found were to change the first level of spacing (min-height) but cannot find anything similar to do the second, third, fourth, etc levels.

Any help would be appreciated.

I attached a screenshot as the new version of our site is not publicly accessible yet.

In the screenshot, I was able to move the first level of the menu to 25px (Home, Public Offices, Courts & Justice, etc). We would like to move All the other levels to the same distance apart (ie, About County Government, County Tax Collectors, HIPAA, etc.)

then check the padding values for the level 2 items

I put "0" in the necessary padding boxes. That took care of most of it, however for any item that is a text separator, I still have the extra spacing on the menu. Can you direct me where to fix that?
