Set widths on individual menu items

Hi all,
I am relatively new to Maxi Menu and are struggling to work a couple of items out.
I have attached a image of what we want to achieve but I cant work out how to set the width of an individual menu item, you will see in the picture that each menu item has a varying width due to the amount of characters. I have worked out how to insert the icon but not width.

I would also like to wrap the text which I thought would happen automatically once the width has been set.

Hi
the width is automatically adjusted according the the amount of text. If you want to wrap the text to a new line you can use the description field for each menu item in the maximenu params option
