Pull down on mobile Menu Wont Work

Hi can you help

My Menu when I shrink the menu or on a mobile it get the mobile menu which doesn't seem to work. I have the mobile plugin which i have had a fiddle around with which doesn't seem to make any difference.

Any advice welcomed.

the problem is that you have a mobile "hamburger" icon from your template
This hides the maximenu so you don't see it anymore correctly
You must remove this from your template

I'm not sure where this is to remove it. Is it in the maximenu template or my main joomla template.

this is not related to maximenu, you must look in your joomla template
Try with the native joomla template "protostar" to see if it works if you want to check
