Maximenu Dropdown Menu Parent Does not work Iphone

Hi there,

I have had Maximenu installed for about a year and when I click on the parent menu at top of drop down menu nothing happens. It works in Safari for windows and all other browsers just not on Iphone. I tested with an Iphone 4 and 5 Please HELP! it on Iphone 4 and 5s with latest Ios.

to manage this I would suggest to use the maximenu mobile

this can also be due to a JS error in your page caused by something else on the iPhone.

Thank you so much for your fast response!
I was able to fix that problem by selecting text separator. There is still a problem that is relatively new. I never noticed this before. But the drop down stays down and keeps the menu items covered. If this able to be fixed please advise. If not then my questions are...
1. If I install maximenu mobile is it compatible with my version?
2. Can the mobile menu be configured to stay open rather than clicking a menu icon to expand t?

the mobile should work but I can not give any warranty because you have an old version
you can see the mobile menu working on my website joomlack.fr. You can choose to let it open or use an accordion view
