Maxi menu with Safari and Flash SWF file

Hi there seems to be a bug which prevents maxi menu displaying correctly in Safari when it is overlaying flash content.
I have set my param wmode to transparent and I have tried opaque setting but the result is still unsatisfactory. Is there some z-index setting I should change?
