duplicate class "first" on li elements

duplicate class "first" on li elements was created by chocol4te
Hello,
I'm facing a strange bug on my dev website
the menu has 2 li with the class first when i tell him not to display elements under level 2...

Do you know why ?

The bug dispeared after adding a second sublevel on an parent menu...
