Upgrade menu_CK from 4.23 to 4.30

Yes, I will report the upgrade process in someday next week as I nearly finish my current project and if there is any problem then I will seek your help.

I just upgraded to v4.30 and everything work nicely except a new error about the fancy effect.

In IE8 debug mode, it said that:

Invalid argument
mootools.js Line:31
Code: 0 Char:1
URI:http://mydomain/media/system/js/mootools.js

The error is disappear when I turn of the fancy effect.


Definitely there is a java conflict but it worked just fine in the version 4.23. I haven't change or install anything on the side.

I am very appreciated for any help.

ok checked but I not sure that this error comes from the maximenu because it should not and the effect works nice. Could you try to unpublish all modules one by one to check ?

Have you browser with ie8? the menu has excellent effect when using chrome.

The CK menu v4.23 working without mooto error, and I haven't install anything else before I upgrade to v4.30 so definitely the new version is conflict with some other modules.

I will try to disable all the module now.
