white dot on menu

Hi, on this site ( gogidesigns.com/development/lydia/ ) I'm using the newest version of maxi menu with the newest maxi menu perams and mobile. I'm using menu theme blank and NO on use css of the theme, but there is a white dot that appears over each hovered or active menu. How can I turn that off. Also, I'm using the newest version of template creator to build the website if that has anything to do with it.

When I do that than the font changes and a white line appears at the top of the menu... I know how to change the font in perams but how can I turn that line off?
