Top level menu items not linking on ipad

Hi CEd, the menus seem to work fine on desktop browsers but when on touchscreen ipad the top level menu items only show the submenu instead of linking to the relevant landing page. Am I missing something in the settings? www.estiesse.com/dev

this is the normal behavior because you can't open the submenu and the page in the same time (already discussed on this forum)
