Maximenu theme not working properly

Hi,
I've installed maximenu in a test site and it worked fine. However when I installed in the live site, it was installed without any trouble, but the themes are not showing up properly. It only displays default template menu style. Could you please instruct me how to fix this problem? I really appreciate your help.

Please note that the user "adminSuperUser" that answered you is a spammer and has nothing to do on this forum. I have banned it and deleted the unneeded posts

your problem seems related to a rights issue on your server, check that you can access the file maximenuhck.php on your server, or try to give it the correct rights

Thank you very much for your help and support. Yes, you're right, the .htaccess file wasn't letting me execute the php. I really appreciate your help.
