Make menu appear on scroll

Hello,

Is it possible to make maximenu hidden until the user scrolls down? Similar to the functionality on this site: www.irishmiss.com/yeti.html . Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

on this site the maximenu is not hidden, just put on a lower position of the template then if your screen is too short you don't see it first. By my side I see it
In maximenu you can set the option "menu position" to "top fixed" to reproduce this with the scrolling of the page

I did not notice that on my screen. I understand that maximenuck can scroll to the top and remain fixed. Is there a way I can hide the menu module until the user scrolls to a certain point?
