background disappears of all items

Hello,

I fell in love with the MaximenuCK and I´m not considering to look any further for other menu extensions.

However I do have a problem with the dropdown effect, which can be seen at the screenshot.

The background seems to disappear of the children/parent/sub menus, I´ve adjusted the Z-index of the header to 9999 and the position is Relative so my guess is that this is not the problem.

The problem is present in IE, Firefox and Chrome (newest versions)
I´m using Joomla 3 with the Motif template from JoomlaXTC

Any help will be much appreciated!

please try with another transition in the effect options of the module
If this does not work, please test with the template protostar to see if it works
