menu items not responsive

thanks for providing this module for free.

I am having difficulty to outline my menu items correctly. In particulary when viewing my site on an iPad device in Portrait mode (holding the iPad vertically)

The margin between the menu items isn't adjusting to the difference in screen size, which results in the fact that some menu items are on a different level.

How to set the margins between the menu items to be responsive? So that they automatically adjust to a difference in screensize.

you can edit the theme file and set the margins/paddings in % instead of px
