Font Size not changing and Overlapping Mods

I've done no changes to my web site so i'm a little confused why this has happen again.

When I view the web site in low rez it stretches my left menu to the middle of page, please see in low rez www.rphaven.co.uk

If I recall last time you suggested this was a conflict, could you please help again?
