Menu background in IE7

Hi,

I have a couple of maxi menus installed and they are working and displaying fine in all browsers except IE7. There's a grey background appearing only in IE7 which I believe is coming from the module CSS. (When I disable the module CSS the background is no longer grey but orange as it's supposed to be). I want to keep the module CSS but would like to fix the background. I've tried to do it myself but without any luck. Can you please help?

You can see the issue in the attached screenshot ( top image is how it should look, bottom image is how it's rendering in IE7).

you have a problem, your comment is not correct here

to comment you must use

div#maximenuCK_mainmenu ul.maximenuCK {

...

or just remove the line

Thank you so much, That was indeed the issue. I've corrected that and now the background is correct.

One more thing - The dropdown menus in IE7 are fine but are not displaying properly in IE8 and IE9 for some reason. They are using the same stylesheet where the container elements are do not have "overflow" set to "hidden" so can't understand why they are not displaying correctly. Display of the dropdown in other browers is fine.

check in your template, this is not a problem from the module. It must be a overflow hidden or something like this, only applied to IE
