Plugin Maximenu CK Params v3 - Joomla 3.x

no strange question, you might have already have the plugin and just have a problem during update
now I understand a little better.
1/ go in the extension manager >> see if you find the plugin system - maximenu params
2/ if not, go in the plugins sytem folder and delete the maximenuparams folder
3/ try to install it again

Well for us it was because we do not talk about something else than what we mentioned from the beginning .

Anyway, this is the answer I was looking for.

Unfortunately we can not find the plugin "maximenu params" within the extension manager.

So we will now delete the maximenuparams folder and try to install it again.

The folder was deleted and we did now try to install it via the "Upload Package File" within the extension manager but we still receive the same errors as we did from the beginning

"plg_maximenuckparams_3.0.7_j30.zip" is the name on the file we try to upload for installation just to let you know what we are doing here

What happened? Did you disappaear?

Hm! Well as we told before it's impossible to install this file.
We have installed many other plugins without any problem but this one -
Unfortunately No.

have you tried to install it on another website to see if the file has a problem or your website ?
if you can't do it, send me an admin access via email but do i quiclly because I will soon be no more available...
