Two instances on same page, same styling

Hello,
I have two instances of MaximenuCK on the same page, with different module ids, different menu to use, and a different theme (actually it differs only by the background-color of the menu, but whatever).
Problem is it seems only the first theme is used. Firebug indicates absolutly no use of the second theme.
Is there something i'm missing ?
(ps : were you the one to do an intervention about keeping mootools inside joomla's core at joomla days toulouse during the conference of marc ?)
(ps2 : you can go on in french if you want to, i'm only writing in english so it can be useful for everyone )
