maximenuvck.php Not found error

My server is reporting multiple occurrences of the file maximenuvck.php not found. I see that it was used in previous versions but a post from 2012 says that it was removed. What file is calling this so I can edit that out? Specifically the error is mod_maximenuck/themes/darkol2/css/maximenuvck.php not found. I then found the file in the /themes/blank/css folder and copied it over. The error went away. Is that an OK work around?

this is a workaround. but the way to do is to not select the theme darkol for a vertical menu . This theme is only horizontal
