Modid only showing on home page?

Modid only showing on home page? was created by firefighter

Hi I have got a module to show in one of my menus but it only seems to show when on the home page. As soon as you navigate to any other page on the site the module disappears? I am using Joomla! 2.5.9 Stable and maximenuck_6.1.17_j25.
any suggestions or help?

check that your module is assigned to all pages. This is only due to a joomla configuration
