Error when enabling the module was created by Anonym

After installation and activation of your module, we get the follwing error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '&', expecting T_VARIABLE or '$' in /homepages/16/d283758944/htdocs/shop/modules/mod_maximenu_CK/helper.php on line 161

What can we do to get your module running?

You must be in PHP5 as described on my website for the module to work properly.
